Paula worked with us on the launch of a new service called ‘Community Point’ in 2019. Community Point aims to help prevent loneliness and/or social isolation by making it easier for people to link in with existing social activities, services and volunteering opportunities in their local area. The service is free to residents within the Boroughs of Guildford and Waverley and is based at Voluntary Action South West Surrey in Castle Street, Guildford.

Retail Lab @ GLEE – Project Managed Inspiration Hub at Trade Show

  • Brief was to create the idea and launch an innovative inspirational space for garden centre retailers at the annual garden trade event GLEE

  • PP8 selected and led the cross-functional team of industry experts to develop and implement the 500m2 interactive hub full of the latest trend information in retail.

  • 2 year project in which we brought fresh, new content to the Retail Lab @ Glee focussing on consumer engagement, market insights and demonstrating future facing trend information

The Horticultural Trades Association – Consumer Photography Competition

  • The HTA wished to organise a Photography competition for garden centre customers nationwide. The winning photos were selected for national garden gift cards.

  • PP8 briefed and organised the pitch and selected the chosen creative agency to develop the campaign and related materials.

  • A full collection of B2B marketing communications packs were created for the retailers with guidance notes on the competition.

  • Posters, leaflets and a full online marketing campaign was launched to communicate the campaign to gardening consumers.
